NO SLIDE TO OPERATE

IT'S A REVOLVER

We replaced the magazine used in the handle of semi-automatic pistols (SAP’s) with a revolving flat loop (it’s a Flat Loop Revolver™). The FLR 2022™ has the large capacity and compact size of SAP’s and the reliability, simplicity and ease of use of revolvers. It can’t jam like SAP's can when ejecting and loading rounds. It is much easier and faster to deploy because it does not have a slide that needs to be retracted!

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Thoroughly Tested

The 2nd version of our prototype is being prepared for testing. We will fire thousands of rounds to verify function and dependability.

Ballistics Tests

Ballistics test results will be published here.

SAFETY FEATURES

The overall strategy in designing the FLR 2022 ™’s internal parts is that they must work properly and in sequence or the gun will not work (will not fire) at all. The parts are interlocked and travel in pre-set machined tracks. For example, it is critically important for the barrel and chambers holding the rounds to be properly aligned. A sliding interface connecting the chambers and barrel must engage before the hammer can be retracted, released and the round fired.

PATENTED DESIGN

The United States Patent and Trademark Office awarded a patent for our “Flat Loop Revolving Firearm Assembly” on March 23, 2021. Of the 20 Claims we made, every one was approved. We thought we had come up with a unique idea, and now it’s official.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

The FLR 2022™ is sold with a Satisfaction Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty. The product may be returned on our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy for any reason within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. The product will be repaired or replaced on our Lifetime Warranty Policy at no charge for any defects during the lifetime of the product.

Samuel Colt became a legend in the lore of firearms when he introduced the “six shooter” revolver in the 1830’s. It became the standard sidearm in every cowboy movie ever made and it and other versions of it have been used by the military, for law enforcement and personal protection for hundreds of years, still viable to this day.

In the 1890’s along came another invention by a name that would also become legendary, John Browning. His semi-automatic pistol was originally, ironically, called the Colt 45 as he was employed by Colt at the time. It evolved into the M1911 military issue sidearm and became such a staple that “1911” has become the generic name for weapons of that type.

Revolvers and semi-automatic pistols have their own sets of features, strengths and weaknesses. In general, revolvers are very reliable but have a limited capacity, usually just six rounds or so. They can also be bulky, especially when used for concealed carry.

Semi-automatics can have a much larger capacity and can be made in larger or smaller and thinner versions, which are more suitable for concealed carry. They are not quite as reliable as revolvers, as they can jam when ejecting or feeding rounds. They also require the extra step of pulling back a slide to load the first round.
